Local Free Shipping Policy
**Only Applies to Select San Diego Areas**
Order must have a subtotal $149 before tax from regularly stocked items. Orders must be prepaid in order to qualify for delivery, drivers do not handle payments for orders on site. Orders with backorders under $149 may be delivered or cancelled under our discretion based on a variety of factors - customers will be informed via phone or email regarding the backorder status.
Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of the order, however delivery time is not guaranteed. The customer will be contacted, as needed, by phone to confirm deliver date and time window. The customer or authorized representative must provide a home, business, or cell phone number where they can be contacted to schedule delivery. Orders being delivered can be checked on site for accuracy by request and must be signed for by the customer or authorized representative. We will deliver to the door step or loading area only, and cannot assist customers with inside delivery or setup. We reserve the right to have orders be shipped using alternative transportation including but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Military orders are excluded due to the heightened security protocols that limit or restrict our ability to gain entrance onto military bases. APO/FPO/PO Box addresses and factory dropshipments do not qualify for our local delivery service.
Special orders will need to be reviewed to see if any portion qualifies for the delivery service. Special orders, oversized deliveries, and deliveries outside of the shipping area may have surcharges in order to be eligible for delivery, we will contact you in regards to any of these charges prior to delivery. We reserve to right to cancel the delivery service at any time without notice. Exclusions apply to certain product types and delivery areas, ask a manager for more details.
