x500-E Series NVRs are the best NVRs in the Uniview Line
This NVR incorporates 4x SATA hard drive bays that has been tested to support up to 72TB of capacity. This model handles up to 32 channels of IP cameras and has the enhanced decoding chipset to allow simultaneous playback of up to 8 x 4K (8MP) or 16 x 4MP cameras for faster playback and tracking of important events. Additionally, the IQ version of this recorder allows for NVR based intelligent functions including face comparison, AccuSearch (tracking subjects or objects based on appearance), Smart Intrusion, or Ultra Motion detection.

Shipping & Returns
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Exceptions apply to certain product groups: we do not accept returns for special order items, cut-to-order items, tools, batteries, and consumables. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for returned items. For more details, be sure to contact your salesperson prior to making any returns
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
